Chris Lukehurst

Chris blends traditional marketing expertise with deep client-side experience, having held senior roles at Barclays Bank and the Meat and Livestock Commission. His commercial background gives him a sharp understanding of the challenges brands face — and how to turn emotional insight into practical, business-driven solutions.

As a Consumer Psychologist and a key strategic force at The Marketing Clinic, Chris specialises in designing tailored projects that get to the heart of consumer behaviour. He has a passion for understanding what drives people — emotionally and psychologically — and helping brands use that understanding to build stronger, more lasting connections.

Chris has led high-impact projects for global businesses across diverse markets, consistently delivering insight that drives innovation, differentiation, and growth. Clients value his ability to bring clarity to complex challenges, uncovering the emotional truths behind consumer decisions and translating them into clear, actionable direction.

Outside of work, Chris brings the same drive and curiosity to the natural world. A committed adventurer, he has summited Mont Blanc, Denali, and cycled from London to Paris in under 24 hours. He’s now training for new mountaineering expeditions and ultra-distance runs, always pushing for the next challenge.

Caroline O’Gallagher

Caroline joined The Marketing Clinic as a Director in 2010, following a successful career in sales and marketing within the CPG and service industries. She plays a central role in the leadership of the business and has delivered high-impact projects for global brands across Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Asia.

With a background in psychology and a deep understanding of flavour, food, and emotion, Caroline is passionate about uncovering what truly drives consumer behaviour. She specialises in exploring the emotional connections people form with products and brands, helping clients turn that insight into meaningful innovation, differentiation, and growth.

Known for her perceptiveness, curiosity, and creative thinking, Caroline brings both strategic insight and human empathy to every project.

Outside of work, Caroline channels her creativity into cooking and design. She’s an accomplished jewellery and glass artist, with pieces exhibited widely — including by the British Museum in London.

Greg Tucker

Greg Tucker

Since University Greg has worked in the branded Food and Drink arena for over twenty years.

After an extensive and successful career which included a number of commercial roles in both the Marketing and Sales environment, his final ‘Blue Chip’ role was as Head Of Innovation in RHM. Greg joined The Marketing Clinic in early 2001.

Greg has undertaken work in UK, across Europe and in the US & China.
He lives and works just outside Cambridge and is married with two children with whom he loves to go sailing.

James Cornish

After a degree in ‘Psychology In Business,’ James spent some 25 years undertaking a number of senior commercial roles in retail, food and construction.

Latterly he was approached to become a director at The Marketing Clinic. This was largely because of James’ detailed understanding of the potential and benefits of our offer having been a client in three different business environments.

James lives in Warwick with his wife and three children – though they will tell you they are old enough to be adults.
